All guests are required to present the following documents following our credit card fraud control policies :
1. Physical copy of the credit card used to make the reservation
If credit card/cardholder is not present: Readable copy of credit card used for reservation (front & back). Please cover the CVV pin at the back, back portion must be signed by the cardholder
2. Valid government ID of cardholder with signature
3. If credit card/cardholder is not present: Letter of Authorization from cardholder
